Havan Story:

First Episode of Havan:

First episode of Havan TV serial begins from a morning prayer in the house of Madhav. Mori was praying in front of Hari Om Bapji’s image. She offers Prasad after worship to her parents. Her father was busy in his daily chores. He was making Diya and Ghada from soil.

Mori asks for tea from her parents. Her father orders to bring two cups tea. Mori’s mother asks for toast with tea. Madav gives Mori some money and asks to bring toasts.

We watched a scene of corruption also in the first episode of Havan on Colors TV. Mori saves an old woman from the shopkeeper. He was taking extra money from her. Mori hears an announcement about Hari Om Bapji’s Shivir.

She returns home and tells about it to her father. She suggests him to not work on that day to attend Shivir of Bapji. In the mid, Dubey Ji enters into Madhav’s house with Verma Ji. He gives an order to make some Ghada. But Madhav refuses. Dubey gets angered and shouted him to return his money as soon as possible.

In the next scene of Hawan on Colors TV, two men are seen at the door of Mdhav. They also talk about Diyas. But Madhav rejects. Suddenly, Mori asks about them. They tell that they have come from Hari Om Ashram. Madhav accepts the proposal and promises to offer 10000 Diyas free of cost. Mori requests them to offer a seat in the Shivir of Bapji. They accepted that.

Thousands of aspiring devotees are seen at the Shivir of Bapji in the first episode of Hawan. Madhav is also seen there with his wife and two daughters. But they don’t get a chance to enter.

Now, Mori decides to search them who had ordered Diays. Finally, she searched them and told her problems. She gets entrance in the Shivir. The scene moves with Hari Om thesis. He asks some questions about faith, belief and god from Mori. She replied very calmly. Hari Om Bapji calls her to him. She was much happy to get the chance. He prayed for her and got Sendur in his hand. It was really amazing. He promised to make Mori his daughter-in-law. A new journey of Mori’s life will begin from the next episode of Havan TV serial.

First episode of Chef Pankaj Ka Zayka is introduced by Pankaj Bhadauria. She welcomed Hina Khan (Akshara) of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Pankaj cooked two recipes – Gongura Paneer Laajwaab and Dil-E-Bahaar Gaajar Mousse for Akshara in this episode of Chef Pankaj Ka Zayka on Star Plus.

Gongura Paneer Lajawab:

Gongura Sauce Cooking Method:

Boil the Palak and Gongura leaves in the Kadai with ½ the onion, turmeric, green chilies and ½ of the tomato till water is absorbed well.

Cool this and grind to a puree and keep aside.

Heat a Kadai and add cloves and remaining onions and fry well with ginger garlic paste. Add the remaining tomatoes also and the masala powders and cook well.

Pour in the pureed gongura and cook for another 5 minutes or till the gravy is thick and saucy.

Paneer Tikka Roundels Cooking Method:

Cut Paneer into long ½ thick roundels.

Mix all ingredients for marinade and keep aside.

Add the left marinade to the Paneer and refrigerate it for 3 hours.

Heat oil in a pan and fry marinated Paneer till fully done.

Coconut Rice Cooking Method:

Rinse rice in a sieve under cold running water 2 to 3 minutes, then drain well.

Melt butter in a saucepan over moderately high heat.

Add rice and cook, stirring constantly, until it becomes opaque, about 3 minutes.

Dil E Bahaar Gaajar Mousse:

Mix Gelatin in a little orange juice and keep aside to bloom.

Whip cream to soft peak add the sugar and whip some more.

In sauce pan add ¼ of the carrot puree and the gelatin mixture and heat through and add the remaining puree. Keep aside to cool.

All 16 contestants are welcomed by Sanjeev Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit in the first episode of Food Food Maha Challenge. They are divided into two parts – Men and Women. Team of women is inspired by Madhuri Dixit. Sanjeev Kapoor encourages tem of men.

Team of men gets a chef manager – Vandana. Harpal became chef manager of women team. Two tasks introduced in the first episode of Maha Challenge on Food Food by Sanjeev Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit.

First task is named as Akela Chana. Contestants get total 60 minutes to perform the task. They had to cook their best cook ever in this task. Everyone performed very well.

Gawtham Karingi is chosen as Executive Chef in this task from men team. It was the title to handle the team being a captain. He had cooked Pineapple Coconut Curry.

Sangeeta Anand is chosen as Executive Chef in the first episode of Food Food Maha Challenge from women team. She had cooked Amrudi Gosht in Akela Chana task.

Second task of Food Food Maha Challenge is named as Sanjha Chulha in the first episode. It was the task of teams. Each team was led by executive chef of the episode. Both team had to cook the best meal for the day in just 90 minutes.

Sanjeev Kapoor invites Chef Jolly Singh and Shantanu also to become the witness of contestants’ recipes. Sonali Rathod and Roop Kumar are also invited to join the dining table.

Sanjha Chulha task of Maha Challenge on Food Food is won by women team in the first episode. Kundan Raut is eliminated from men team in the first episode.
