Bhauji No. 1 is one of the most popular Bhojpuri reality TV Shows dedicated to the women of north-east India. Mahuaa TV premieres Bhauji No. 1 Season 3 on August 29, 2011. First Episode of Bhauji No. 1 Season 3:

First episode of Bhauji No. 1 on Mahuaa TV begins with 4 contestants – Priti Yadav from Lucknow, Soni Pandey from Gorakhpur, Anamika Singh from Banaras and Usha Pandey from Delhi. The episode is introduced by Priyesh Sinha. He welcomed judges of the Show – Vijaya Bharti and Ajeet Anand. Priyesh welcomed Amar Jyoti also as a guest judge of the first episode.

The contestants are divided into 4 groups – Usha Pandey (Jhumari), Anamika Singh (Chhabili), Priti Yadav (Rangili) and Soni Pandey (Rashili).

They had to complete 3 tasks in the first episode. First task is named as “Marlo Baaji”. Contestants had to separate orange ball and white ball by two spoons taking in their both hands from a single box.

Second task is named as “Kitna Sur Kitna Taal”. Contestants had to sing a song to show their singing talent in the first episode of Bhauji No. 1 Season 3 on Mahuaa TV.

Last task is named as “Kaun Ketna Pani Mein”. It was the question and answer session. Contestants had to face 4 questions in this round. Each question had 5 marks for the right answer. The episode is won by Soni Pandey.

Chicken Tikka:

Vineet Bhatia cooks Chicken Tikka in two ways – with coriander and with red chili. He makes us learnt both ways of cooking Chicken Tikka.

Marinate the pieces of chicken with ginger, garlic and juice of lemon. Leave it for 30 minutes to refresh. Now, heat the pan and put oil, garlic and red capsicum. After having fried, make puree of these and whisk with yogurt. Now, add juice of lemon, oil, salt, marinate pieces of chicken and grama masala in this mixture. Finally, grill them in a pre-heated oven of 175°C.

Follow the same process for coriander Chicken Tikka. There should be coriander, green chili and garlic to marinate pieces of chicken.

Vineet Bhatia cooked Sarson Ka Saag in a new way in the first episode of Twist of Taste Show. You should know the way of cooking Sarson Ka Saag in a very new way.

Heat the pan and add mustered oil. Put cumin seeds, garlic, ginger and some seeds of boiled sweet corn. Fry them till brown colour. Now, put puree of Sarson and add salt and garam masala.

Vineet Bhatia prepared special Chutney also in this episode of Twist of Taste. Adraki Tandoori Champaen and Maa Ki Daal get a new shape by Vineet Bhatia. He cooked Jeera Aloo also in an innovative way.

Sidhhi comes out and sees Anand. She recognizes him as Vikram. A short introduction didn’t make her impressed.

Kunal reaches at the outside of banquet. He makes a call Anand. A guard comes outside and tells him about the fight. Anand runs towards his brother. He interferes in the fight. He tries to save his brother.

Kunal fights to save Anand. Similarly, Anand fights to save Kunal. Siddhi gets impressed seeing the love between brothers. She said that she likes Vikram. But he was actually Anand.

First episode of Parichay ends with a short introductory phenomenon. Sidhhi narrates the story what she sees and releases in just 8 hours.
