Chef, host and presenter of Twist of Taste is Vineet Bhatia. He is a well known Indian Chef. He has worked with Oberai hotel. Now, you will watch him as a host and chef of food Show - Twist of Taste on Fox History and Traveller.
First Episode of Twist of Taste:
First episode of Twist of Taste begins from Amritsar. Vineet Bhatia visits temple in Amritsar with his wife – Rashima Bhatia. He tested the food of this temple.
Vineet Bhatia moves to experience a test of street food. He enters into Kesar Ka Dhaba. He enjoyed Punjabi dishes with his wife.
Now, Vineet Bhatia enters into a new restaurant named Surjit Food Plaza. He tests non-vegetarian recipes in this restaurant.
Finally, Vineet Bhatia is seen in Ranjit Svaasa. He cooks some innovative recipes here in this episode of Twist of Taste TV Show. He cooked Chicken Tikka, Adraki Tandoori Champaen, Maa Ki Daal, Sarson Ka Saag and Jeera Aloo. He prepared a Dessert also with the mix of Indian classical sweets.
Vineet Bhatia cooks Chicken Tikka in two ways – with coriander and with red chili. He makes us learnt both ways of cooking Chicken Tikka.
Marinate the pieces of chicken with ginger, garlic and juice of lemon. Leave it for 30 minutes to refresh. Now, heat the pan and put oil, garlic and red capsicum. After having fried, make puree of these and whisk with yogurt. Now, add juice of lemon, oil, salt, marinate pieces of chicken and grama masala in this mixture. Finally, grill them in a pre-heated oven of 175°C.
Follow the same process for coriander Chicken Tikka. There should be coriander, green chili and garlic to marinate pieces of chicken.
Vineet Bhatia cooked Sarson Ka Saag in a new way in the first episode of Twist of Taste Show. You should know the way of cooking Sarson Ka Saag in a very new way.
Heat the pan and add mustered oil. Put cumin seeds, garlic, ginger and some seeds of boiled sweet corn. Fry them till brown colour. Now, put puree of Sarson and add salt and garam masala.
Vineet Bhatia prepared special Chutney also in this episode of Twist of Taste. Adraki Tandoori Champaen and Maa Ki Daal get a new shape by Vineet Bhatia. He cooked Jeera Aloo also in an innovative way.
First episode of Twist of Taste was featured with various Punjabi recipes. Vineet Bhatia puts some twists in the existing recipes and makes them innovative and more delicious.
