Kitchen Champion 2 – Season 2 of Kitchen Champion Started on Colors TV

Kitchen Champion 2 is a new season of Kitchen Champion. Season 2 of Kitchen Champion started on Colors TV today on 12th July, 2010.

Kitchen Champion Season 2 Host:

Ronit Roy is the host of Kitchen Champion 2. He was the host of season 1 also on Colors TV.

Kitchen Champion Season 2 Judge:

Chef Gautam Maharshi is also back on Season 2 of Kitchen Champion. He was judged the previous season also.

Kitchen Champion 2 Format:

Kitchen Champion 2 TV Show format is very entertaining. There are 3 stages in this Show – Recipe Rahasya, Masala Massakat and Cooking Ki Karamat. Recipe Rahasya and Masala Massakat rounds are very entertaining of the Show. Both contestants play a game in both rounds to know about recipe and ingredients. Winner gets 2 minutes extra in each round.

Final round is Cooking Ki Karamat. Contestants cook their recipe with the help of a helper in this round. In the end of each episode, each contestant is awarded by marks for their recipe. Marks are based on – presentation, taste, innovation, timing and hygiene. There are total 50 marks in this Show.

Bottom two contestants fight against each other in their own team in the episode of Friday. 1 lowest scorer is eliminated in the episode of Friday from both teams.

Kitchen Champion 2 Contestants:

This time, Colors TV has introduced a recipe war between boys and girls. Kitchen Champion 2 contestants are divided into two teams – Mast Munde (Boys) and Kool Kudiyans (Girls). Kitchen Champion 2 also starts with total 12 contestants – 6 boys and 6 girls.

Second season of Kitchen Champion recipe Show will be based on Munde Vs Kudiyan.

First Episode of Kitchen Champion 2:

First episode of Kitchen Champion Season 2 begins with the introduction of all 12 contestants. The episode is featured with Tapasya v/s Veer in Kitchen Champion 2‎.

It starts with Recipe Rahasya. Name of the Recipe Rahasya was – “Kyounki Ye Ghas Bhi Kabhi Hari Thi”. They had to search a suitable key for their box from the bundle of dry grass. They get 3 minutes to complete the task. It is won by Veer.

Second round of Kitchen Champion Season 2 on Colors TV was Masala Masakkat. Name of this round was - Aa Ja Mere Gadi Me Baith Ja. They had again 3 minutes to complete the task. It is also won by Veer.

Finally, Veer had 4 minutes extra to cook his recipe. They had to cook Dingari Malabar Curry.

Final round was – Cooking Ki Karamat. The task is also won by Veer. He is the winner of first episode on Kitchen Champion 2 on Colors TV. He scored total 45 marks. On the other hand, Tapasya get only 44 marks.

Veer had 24 minutes to cook Dingari Malabar Curry. However, Tapasya gets only 20 minutes to cook Dingari Malabar Curry recipe in the first episode of Kitchen Champion 2 on Colors TV.

Kitchen Champion 2 is a new season of recipe reality TV Show - Kitchen Champion. The season starts from 12th July, 2010. It airs every Monday to Friday at 1 PM in India.

Kitchen Champion 2 Show is sponsored by Knorr. So, it is known as Knorr Kitchen Champion 2 also. The series is introduced as Kitchen Champion –Munde and Kudiyon Ki Jung.
